Pho Noodlesoup with Chicken

The traditional Vietnamese soup: full of flavour with a strong broth, rice noodles, tender chicken and special spices.

Our preparation recommendation: Refine the soup with sprouts, spring onions and fresh herbs such as mint, Thai basil or coriander. Depending on taste, the soup can be topped with chillies.

Ingredients

Soup 49% (water, salt, yeast extract, coconut sugar, spices, sugar, maltodextrin, defatted soybeans), cooked rice noodles 28% (rice flour, water, fully refined soybean oil), cooked chicken breast 15%, onions, coriander, spring onions, deep fried shallots (shallots, fully refined soybean oil, rice flour).

Cooking instruction

Microwave

1. Remove the outer wrapping from the bowl. Fill the bowl with water up to the mark (inside). Place the lid loosely on the bowl.

2. Heat the dish at 900 watts for 4 minutes.

Stir and heat at 900 watts for a further 2-3 minutes. (700 bis 800 Watt).

3. Carefully remove the hot dish from the microwave.

Stir before eating.
